Partnership Council

On July 25th, 2014, CS3LD held its first CS3LD Partnership Council meeting. The Partnership Council is the mechanisms proposed by the CS3LD project to engage the university for institutional level of support for students with learning disabilites (LD). This group came together from multiple departments and colleges across the University of Florida to discuss ways that we can better serve the needs of our UF students with LD.  The Partnership Council has meet six times with the purpose of creating and implementing institutional activities.

Over the years, the efforts have successfully promoted the campus awareness for students with LD and facilitated campus-wide support for these students.  Indeed, it has stimulated interest and support beyond LD to embracing a larger spectrum of disabilities and diversity.
